We stand behind the quality of our products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty – our guarantee that every Endorphins piece is free of material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Endorphins Dealer. If you discover a material or manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion and in accordance with local law. Warranty claims must be accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents or any modification to a Endorphins piece. We also cannot be held responsible for loss,damage or cost resulting from the use or loss of our products. Please note that general wear, including but not limited to the breakdown of colors and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect. To initiate a return or exchange, email email@example.com with your name and order number, and state that you would like to make a return. We will then email you a prepaid return label. Print the label and affix it to your return package, and drop off at your local USPS office.
Returns and exchanges are available in the US within 30 days of order delivery, however you have 7 days from the date of delivery to qualify for free return shipping.
We accept returns and exchanges for products in their unused original condition with all original tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we at Endorphins reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Order must be returned in original packaging/box in arrived, or packaging/box of the same dimensions and weight.
Upon receiving your return, we will process the refund to the original form of payment as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Yes! All domestic orders within the US receive free USPS ground shipping. If you would like another shipping option or expedited shipping, you can select your preferred shipping option during checkout and will be charged accordingly.
We offer free shipping for international orders above $175. For all other International shipping options, your shipping price will be calculated based on your
